====== General Network Rules ======

The following are network-wide rules that must be followed on all servers and in all game modes.

  - **DO NOT SPAM IN CHAT**
    * Spamming in chat will result in you being muted. Each infraction results in longer and longer muting
      * 1st infraction: 5 minutes
      * 2nd infraction: 10 minutes
      * 3rd infraction: 30 minutes
      * 4th infraction and above: add an extra hour for each
    * Examples of spamming include
      * Sending the same message five or more times within the span of two minutes
